About Centennial House Woodworking
Jason Nahum of the Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ based Centennial House Woodworking specializes in end-grain butcher blocks, cutting boards, and charcuterie boards. He came to woodworking through building sets for theater and buying a house built in 1876. While he loves working with his hands and building with wood, his theater background is what informs the decisions he makes in his shop. Building pieces that end up in the center of a person's home require thoughtfulness, technique, and a willingness to explore.
