Started in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ
Le Tiger Queen was started by Gina Lee, who started creating cheese and charcuterie boards when she moved to Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ in 2021, after 18 years of living in New York City. She started making boards to entertain guests visiting her new home. She developed a passion for the craft when she saw how many different ways she can artfully present cheese, charcuterie, and accompaniments, bringing an aesthetically pleasing and delicious experience for her guests. After 3 years of taking every opportunity she can to serve cheese and charcuterie boards, she was inspired to start Le Tiger Queen by much encouragement and support from her friends and family. Her kids even say, "Mom is kind of cool because she makes good cheese boards."
